Cumbrian Properties started in 1993 from a one roomed office in Wetheral on the outskirts of Carlisle as a Letting Agent which quickly developed into an Estate Agents. From the early beginnings our ethos has always been based on customer service and treating our clients with a friendly helpful approach, developing a reputation to be reliable and exceeding expectations.

We now manage over 500 properties throughout Cumbria and North Lancashire from our ten offices and have approximately 100 properties where we operate an introduction service to property investors throughout the county.
