With over 25 years worth of experience with Cumbrian Properties, Jackie is responsible for carrying out sales valuations and genuine market appraisals for our extensive range of North Cumbrian properties. She consistently manages our ever changing residential portfolio, managing the marketing and effectively advising and guiding clients through the sales process.

Sarah has joined the company following a move to Penrith from the Manchester area and has a wealth of experience within the property industry, with over 12 years experience, of both sales negotiating and valuing. Sarah is looking forward to meeting new Vendors and working hard to achieve the best price possible when selling their home.

With nearly 30 years working for Cumbrian Properties, Karen has worked with us across the region at both our Carlisle and Brampton offices. Karen's professional approach coupled with her expansive local knowledge, bring a wealth of experience to the Penrith office.

After a successful career with the Cumberland Building Society, Jackie joined the company in 2010, bringing with her excellent communication skills and administration expertise. Currently working in our lettings department, Jackie enjoys dealing with tenant enquiries and organising property maintenance.
